Many health coaches focus on primary food. Instead, I first focus on spirituality. As a survivor of an eating disorder, I have a deep understanding of how a lack of spirituality and self-love leads us down a path of feeling unfilled in all aspects of our life.
Working one-on-one together, I will first guide you back to your intuition so you may tune into your spirituality. From there, we identify your body's physical unique needs, so we can build you a sustainable nutrition plan. As a dressage rider, trainer, and lifelong yogi, I know what it is like to hit heads with burnout. The everyday of trying to manage work, business, horse care and health, life, riding, and personal health can really get exhausting. I am here to offer you my knowledge and expertise in these very areas. To help you find balance in the chaos so that you can live a better life in and out of the saddle.
